We Are Bella Aqua Pools and Spas

After hearing so many horror stories about having a pool built we were anxious about the whole process. We contacted and spoke to several pool companies. Bella Aqua was referred and who we felt most comfortable with. We are so happy that we chose Bella Aqua Pools. Ross listened to our wants, addressed our concerns, offered his insight, and built the pool of our dreams. We also had them finish by completing the landscaping around the pool. Excellent decision! The finished project turned out better than expected. His entire crew were professional and courteous. Michelle was more than helpful with design choices and made the process fun. Ross Couvillion proved to be a man of integrity and it became obvious that carries over into his business practices. I was most impressed by how important he made me feel through the whole process. I did not once get his voicemail. He answered every call I made to him including evenings and weekends. He addressed every concern and followed through on his word. We now have a beautiful pool that my family enjoys. I feel that the finished product was a great value and will definitely use Bella Aqua if we ever build another pool.
